Turn Up Talent LLC is seeking a Materials Management Coordinator to support customer operations by managing inventory, purchasing, order processing, and material delivery. You will collaborate with customer representatives and internal account teams to ensure accurate inventory records, timely fulfillment, and responsive service across multiple orders and projects.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Demonstrated experience with purchasing and inventory transactions.
• 3–5 years in planning, scheduling, or warehouse management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to organize data and prepare reports.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with employees at all levels.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment.

Mansioni

• Establish and maintain organized storage and bin system; monitor inventory levels and replenishment needs.
• Track inventory and maintain records of stock levels and material transactions.
• Purchase parts and coordinate material deliveries to customers.
• Collaborate with customers to identify additional parts, projects, and opportunities to support material needs.
• Process transactions in the MRP system to ship/invoice parts and manage incoming materials.
• Perform warehouse activities, inventory management, and cycle counts.
• Support order processing, quotations, product information, returns (RMAs), and delivery coordination.
• Prepare weekly reports on operational performance, improvement initiatives, and project status.
