Job summary

Uniti Group Inc. is seeking a Materials Coordinator to own the construction materials lifecycle, from receiving to stocking and shipment. You will perform daily cycle counts, assist with loading/unloading, and maintain precise inventory records for job numbers and manifests.

You will work closely with the Materials Manager to ensure proper documentation, safe handling, and optimal stock levels while adhering to safety policies and union guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 4+ years of experience in construction materials/inventory management preferred.
• Experience with warehouse management systems and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Manage dock and stock tasks including picking, packing, and shipping.
• Stage materials for upcoming projects and ensure correct stock locations.
• Count, weigh, and verify incoming/outgoing materials.
• Prepare outbound freight documentation and loading/unloading activities.
• Maintain accurate system records and stocking levels; ensure safety rules.
