Job summary

Under supervision, you will coordinate with planners, issue parts, record movements, and ensure timely delivery. The role requires attention to inventory accuracy and adherence to quality procedures. SAP experience and forklift skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 2+ years in production/material control.
• Knowledge of material control concepts and stockroom procedures.
• Customer-focused with ability to identify deviations and analyze data.
• Experience with SAP and forklift operations preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• DoD clearance is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review and monitor inventory and work orders; ensure traceability.
• Coordinate with departments to support material requirements.
• Restock inventory and manage shop floor levels.
• Record daily movement of parts and backorder information.
• Deliver materials to production areas as required.
• Conduct physical inventories and resolve shortages or discrepancies.
• Verify received items for conformance and quality procedures.
• Process vendor paperwork and handle damaged or excess goods.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with laws and company policies.
