Qualifications

• Ability to obtain DoD clearance.
• Welding and fabrication experience.

Responsibilities

• Develops, implements, and maintains welding processes for parts and assemblies.
• Tests production processes to control variables and resolve issues.
• Designs production operation sequences and tooling.
• Collaborates with design engineering to optimize equipment use.
• Estimates manufacturing costs and time standards.
• Maintains records and ensures regulatory compliance.
