Job summary

HNTB Corporation seeks a Materials Compliance Manager to lead GDOT‑related materials sampling, testing, inspection, and documentation for P3 projects in Georgia. You will apply GDOT policies, ATSER, and federal regulations while guiding teams on complex, high‑risk issues.

You will report to project leadership, manage staff for field and laboratory activities, and collaborate with clients and agencies to ensure compliance, quality, and on‑time deliverables across multi‑million to multi‑billion

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in CM/Architecture/Engineering or related field; 10 years of relevant experience, or 14 years in lieu of education.

Responsibilities

• Develop project scope and fee quotation; assist in technical proposals and contracts under SDA/SCA.
• Coordinate project activities, establish priorities, and staff to jobs.
• Prepare Daily Summary Inspection Reports and monitor progress vs. schedule.
• Resolve field issues; coordinate with Architects/Engineers for RFIs.
• Oversee project controls; review contractors' schedules and submittals.
• Develop change orders, provide cost estimates, and manage QA/QC across projects.
• Support business development and pursuit efforts with client leadership and marketing teams.
