Job summary

S&ME is seeking a Construction Materials Field Supervisor in Atlanta, GA to lead a team of testing professionals across multiple sites. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate with project teams, and drive safety and quality in field testing and inspections.

This role emphasizes leadership, client interaction, and project execution on diverse assignments. Ideal candidates have a minimum of 2 years in CM testing/inspections, a relevant degree, supervisory experience, and active

Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience is required.
• Strong communication skills in English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Active CM industry certifications (ACI ICC) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and oversee field staff; organize schedules with clients and contractors.
• Coordinate with Services Managers and Project Managers on project progress.
• Train staff on field testing and inspections; maintain certifications.
• Lead safety efforts and coach staff on PPE and safety protocols.
• Ensure testing equipment availability and support QA supervision.
