Job summary

S&M E in Atlanta seeks a Construction Materials Project Professional to lead CMT and Special Inspection projects from kickoff to closeout. You will oversee technical execution, mentor field staff, and manage client interactions to ensure quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of professional experience in CMT and SI.
• Active CMT/SI certifications (ACI and ICC).
• Strong knowledge of ACI, ASTM, AASHTO, DOT standards and IBC inspections.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead CMT and SI projects from kickoff through closeout, budgeting and scheduling.
• Oversee field execution, reviews of documentation, and client/contractor coordination.
• Mentor technicians and engineers to ensure testing accuracy and reporting quality.
• Manage reports, scopes of work, budgets, and cost estimates for timely delivery.
• Build and maintain client relationships and contribute to marketing efforts to grow local presence.
