Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Atlanta, GA is seeking a DOT Program Manager to oversee the DOT compliance program, ensuring adherence to federal, state and company regulations while supporting safe, efficient transportation operations. You will partner with operations, safety and fleet teams to deliver scalable solutions, conduct audits, and maintain driver qualification files.

A Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in fleet management and DOT compliance are preferred.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in fleet management and DOT compliance.
• Experience managing DOT compliance programs and fleet operations.
• Strong knowledge of DOT regulations and Hours of Service.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain DOT compliance programs and processes.
• Oversee Driver Qualification Files (DQFs) documentation.
• Ensure registrations, licensing, and permits are current.
• Monitor daily vehicle inspections and coordinate maintenance.
• Lead audits, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.
