Raytheon is seeking a Materials Program Manager to support a special program within the Naval Air Missile strategic business unit. You will ensure overall program execution of materials management, including cost/schedule/quality, and manage supplier performance.

The role reports to the Program MPM Leads and Operations Leads with accountability to the Program Management Office and requires experience in risk management, contracting, and negotiating.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience.
• Experience in presenting to leadership and cross functional program leads.
• Experience in navigating the execution of processes, projects, and tactics, understanding the impact of the work.

Responsibilities

• Understand and define operations current state and use data analytics to develop opportunities and initiatives impacting operations objectives.
• Identify and execute opportunities to optimize operations and supply operations and develop action plans to close gaps.
• Create and implement supply chain strategies and partner on planning and overseeing strategic process improvements.
