Job summary

Raytheon, based in the US, is seeking a Material Program Manager to lead Global Supply Chain activities on international programs. The onsite role is located in Andover or Tewksbury, MA, requiring US citizenship and careful coordination across PMO, IPTs, and suppliers.

The candidate will manage forecasts, ROM-based risks, and new program startup tasks, while supporting audits, licensing, and cross-functional proposal efforts. A strong background in EV, MRP, and AOP is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 8 years experience, or advanced degree with 5 years.
• U.S. citizenship required.
• Experience with budget and EV management, MRP systems and ROM Tool.

Responsibilities

• Represent GSC and act as interface to the Program Management Office (PMO).
• Report GSC program status and communicate critical issues to external and internal customers, and offer solutions and corrective actions.
• Prepare monthly material sales forecasts using the Material Forecast Tool (MFT), aligned with IPTs, Procurement and FP&A.
• Manage material sales Risk & Opportunity using ROM Tool for predictability.
• Support program offset and localization, including supplier assessment and development.
• Support GSC new Program start-up activities, including MPP, CFB and baselining.
• Support bottoms-up proposal management, including PMER kicks-offs and CAPA supplier management.
• Support program audits (internal and external), including USG Material Pricing Audits and Program Definitization.
• Support EXIM licensing requirements and Part 130 Sweeps.
