Job summary

Raytheon Goleta is seeking a Material Program Manager to serve as the liaison between Supply Chain and program IPTs. You will create, manage, and execute the material program strategy and plan to ensure competitiveness and performance from front end through contract closure. Relocation assistance is not provided.

This is an onsite role in Goleta, CA with US security clearance requirements. The position requires active DoD Secret clearance, strong supplier management, and experience in program

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience in a program/project management role, finance and/or supplier management position.
• Typically requires a university degree and minimum of 5 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide supply chain support for Gates activities and ensure IPDP compliance with the programs and tailoring when applicable.
• Provide overall ownership of supplier management processes such as the supplier risk/opportunity management plan, supplier performance, metrics, and international issues.
• Lead assigned program supply chain activities
• Advise the Supply Chain Management team and Program Management Office leadership team on the progress of material strategies and plans.
• Prepare and present, on a regular cadence, Program Performance Reviews.
• Develop and support Supply Chain proposal activities including task descriptions and basis of estimates that support price to win (PTW) targets.
