Job summary

Raytheon EL SEGUNDO is seeking an experienced Material Program Manager (MPM) to lead material strategies and supplier management within the AFS program suite. You will report to the AFS Supply Chain Management Lead and ensure budget, schedule, and compliance across the life cycle.

The role requires a DoD Secret clearance (active) and extensive experience in supply chain planning, risk mitigation, and cross-functional IPT leadership; onsite presence is required at the CA facility.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience with minimum 10 years, or advanced degree with minimum 7 years of experience.
• Experience leading Integrated Product Teams (IPT) and cross-functional teams.
• Active and transferable Secret clearance; ability to obtain clearance prior to start date.

Responsibilities

• Advise SCM Lead and PMO on material strategies and supplier risk mitigation.
• Develop and execute material plans and supplier management (MPP, IPT involvement).
• Establish material sales forecasts for assigned programs and support PTW pricing targets.
• Monitor program performance metrics and address issues with Engineering, Quality, and Operations.
