Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 0–2 years in supply chain, logistics, material management, or related field.
• Occasional travel 5–10% as part of the role.
• Working schedule from 6 am to 6 pm, Monday–Friday; overtime may occur.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate material flow for multiple projects in line with schedules.
• Collaborate with receiving and production to adjust schedules as priorities dictate.
• Monitor deviations and adjust production as needed.
• Communicate with production teams on order receipt and schedule changes.
• Ensure timely procurement of raw materials to prevent downtime.
• Provide daily and long-term planning based on orders and availability.
• Work with procurement, inventory, sales, and operations to optimize supply levels.
