Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Production Scheduling Supervisor to lead the site scheduling team and translate the production plan into sequenced, time-phased tasks for manufacturing operations.

You will collaborate with production, procurement, demand planning, materials, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery of Excellerate products. The ideal candidate will be solutions-oriented, detail-focused, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where priorities shift and precision matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience in production scheduling, shop floor coordination, or master production schedule maintenance.
• Experience in OEM, discrete manufacturing, or configure-to-order environments preferred.
• Travel 0-10%

Responsibilities

• Maintain and slot orders in the MPS and on the shop floor.
• Ensure detailed production schedules across lines, work centers, and shifts.
• Align schedules with material availability, labor resources, and capacity constraints.
• Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders and ensure delivery timelines.
• Monitor schedule adherence and adjust for demand fluctuations.
• Lead schedulers and coordinators, providing guidance and development.
• Leverage ERP/APS to track performance and drive improvements.
• Track KPIs like schedule adherence and on-time delivery.
• Generate reports and visuals to communicate scheduling trends.
