Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. seeks a Production Scheduling Supervisor to lead the site scheduling team, translating the production plan into sequenced, time-phased shop floor tasks for manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or related field preferred.
• 4–8 years of experience in production scheduling, shop floor coordination, or master production schedule maintenance.
• Experience in OEM, discrete manufacturing, or configure‑to‑order environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and slot orders in the MPS.
• Sequence production orders across lines, work centers, and shifts.
• Align schedules with material availability, labor resources, and capacity constraints.
• Communicate schedule changes to stakeholders and align with delivery timelines.
• Monitor adherence and adjust schedules for demand fluctuations.
• Lead a team of schedulers and scheduling coordinators; foster collaboration and accountability.
• Utilize ERP/APS systems to manage schedules, track performance, and generate reports.
