Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 0-2 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics, material management or related field.
• Travel: 5-10%.
• Work Schedule: 6 am–6 pm, Monday through Friday; may include nights, weekends, holidays; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with receiving and production schedules and adjust as priorities dictate.
• Monitor schedule deviations and adjust production as needed.
• Communicate with production teams at order receipt and schedule changes that affect job sites.
• Monitor raw material delivery dates to ensure production can be completed.
• Provide daily and long-term production/capacity planning based on orders and available capacity.
• Coordinate with production leadership, procurement and receiving to adjust schedules as needed.
• Ensure timely delivery of materials to avoid production downtime.
• Collaborate with operations and supply chain teams to improve production quality and yields.
• Work with procurement/inventory management and sales/ops to maintain optimal supply levels and new product development.
