Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Excellerate Material Planner to support the materials team and coordinate with receiving and production schedules. The role emphasizes timely material procurement and aligning production with customer orders while maintaining inventory control.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED and 0–2 years in related fields. Travel 5–10% may be required, with a 6 am–6 pm schedule, Monday–Friday, and possible overtime.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years in supply chain management, logistics, material management, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with receiving & production schedules for each project and adjust schedules as priorities dictate.
• Monitor schedule deviations and adjust production as needed.
• Communicate with production teams at time of order receipt and as production schedule changes could impact job sites.
• Monitor raw material delivery dates to ensure scheduled production can be completed.
• Provide daily and long-term production/capacity planning based on customer orders and facility availability.
• Coordinate with procurement and receiving staff to evaluate changes needed in the production schedule.
• Ensure materials are procured as scheduled to avoid downtime to production.
• Drive continuous improvement with operations and supply chain teams to improve quality and yields.
• Work with sales/operations to provide optimal supply levels and new product development processes.
