Job summary

Anduril Industries in Costa Mesa, CA seeks a Material Planner to own end-to-end material planning for fast-moving defense hardware. You will forecast demand, manage ERP signals, and coordinate with Purchasing and Manufacturing to ensure on-time production and shipment under strict quality standards.

Ideal candidates bring 3+ years in manufacturing supply chain, ERP experience (Netsuite), willingness to travel, TS clearance eligibility, and relocation to Costa Mesa.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment in a supply chain or production-type role where complex mechanical and/or electrical assemblies were built.
• Prior knowledge of Netsuite or a similar Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system.
• Ability to travel up to 15-20%.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Top Secret security clearance.
• Ability to relocate, if not already local to be onsite in Costa Mesa, CA.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage the production plan including working with Purchasing to ensure component availability and scheduling production in line with availability.
• Provide visibility on part shortages to purchasing and production teams (in clear-to-build).
• Provide forecasts to the Supply Chain team for components required for production.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to prioritize supply allocations.
• Work cross-functionally with the Engineering team to provide visibility into material coverage on component changes.
• Manage Consumables Inventory and ensure stocked to support Production.
• Develop and maintain processes for working within MRP and the associated master data.
