Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years in material planning or supply chain in high-mix manufacturing.
• Experience managing complex Bills of Materials involving electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and Excel-based shortage tracking.

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and execute dynamic production plans; align with Sourcing to ensure component availability.
• Maintain real-time shortage visibility; generate CTB reports to flag risks and avoid line-downs.
• Collaborate with Hardware Engineering on ECO/ECN; manage revision cut-ins and minimize scrap.
• Provide forward-looking demand signals for long-lead components to Strategic Sourcing.
• Own MRP parameters in Oracle (lead times, safety stock, reorder points).
• Design replenishment strategies (Kanban, Min/Max) for consumables and floor stock.
• Coordinate across Production, Quality, Logistics and Sourcing to reallocate materials.
• Identify inefficiencies and drive scalable process improvements.
