Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Material Planner in Irvine, CA to drive material availability for defense hardware. You will own end‑to‑end material flow, translate engineering demand into build schedules, and ensure component availability across programs.

The role requires 3+ years in material planning, BOM management, and ERP/MRP expertise (Oracle preferred). Onsite work with potential travel up to 15–20%. Eligible for U.S. Top Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in material planning, production control or supply chain in high‑mix manufacturing.
• Experience managing complex BOMs for electro‑mechanical assemblies.
• Proficient with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle preferred; SAP/Netsuite acceptable).
• Strong Excel skills to build shortage trackers and models.

Responsibilities

• Translate engineering demand into executable build schedules across programs.
• Maintain real‑time shortage visibility and CTB reporting.
• Collaborate with Engineering to manage ECO/ECN impact on inventory.
• Provide forward‑looking demand signals for long‑lead components.
• Own MRP parameters in Oracle and ensure data hygiene.
• Design replenishment strategies to avoid line‑down situations.
