Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Materials Planner to own end-to-end material flow across the value chain from raw components to finished goods in Irvine, CA. You will translate engineering demand into executable build schedules, coordinating with Purchasing and Manufacturing to ensure component availability and on-time delivery.

The role requires 3+ years in material planning in a fast-paced environment, strong ERP/MRP experience (Oracle preferred), and a willingness to travel up to 15–20%.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in material planning or supply chain in high-mix manufacturing.
• Experience managing complex Bills of Materials for electro-mechanical assemblies.
• Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (Oracle preferred).

Responsibilities

• Build, maintain and optimize production plans translating engineering demand into build schedules.
• Maintain real-time shortage visibility and CTB reports to flag risks.
• Collaborate with Hardware Engineering on ECO/ECN related inventory exposure.
• Provide forward-looking demand signals for long-lead components.
• Own MRP parameters in Oracle to reflect reality and drive system recommendations.
• Design replenishment strategies (Kanban, Min/Max) for consumables and floor stock.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Logistics and Sourcing to reroute materials and expedite parts.
• Identify inefficiencies and lead scalable process improvements across planning and warehousing.
