Job summary

Olsten Staffing is assisting a local client in Bethune, South Carolina to find an experienced and eager Material Handler with forklift experience to join their growing team. This position supports daily warehouse activities, including material handling, shipping and receiving, truck loading and unloading, and maintaining accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate will work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while ensuring materials are handled safely and organized properly.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or material handling experience required.
• Must have forklift experience.
• Forklift certification or valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic paperwork/documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Move materials throughout the warehouse safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as needed.
• Load trucks for outgoing shipments according to procedures.
• Unload incoming trucks and inspect materials for accuracy and damage.
• Stage and organize materials in designated warehouse locations.

• Assist with inventory control and other warehouse duties as assigned.
