Job summary

Cooper Farms is seeking an entry-level Egg Packer/Stacker to join our Spring Meadow Farms team in Rossburg, Ohio. The 1st shift runs Sunday through Wednesday 6:00am-4:30pm, with an optional 5th day on Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm.

Starting hourly rate is $17.50, with potential to increase to $17.70 after 90 days. Benefits include monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses, paid training, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time.
• Factory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Packing cartons and flats of eggs in proper packaging material.
• Ensuring that case labels match the carton/sleeve type and code date and placing case labels to the proper packed cases when applicable.
• Communicating any variance of carton dates or case labels to the Packer Operator or Processing Floor Lead.

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Egg Packer/Stacker to join our Spring Meadow Farms team in Rossburg.

SHIFT HOURS

Sunday through Wednesday 6:00am-4:30pm with an option 5th day of Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm.

STARTING HOURLY RATE

$17.50 with the potential of increasing to $17.70 after 90 days.

ADDITIONAL PAY

Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
