Job Description

THE POSITION: At our Memphis distribution center, our employees play a critical role in getting life-saving products out to hospitals, clinics and nursing homes. We’re open 24 hours a day, 5 days a week because the needs of patients can’t wait.

The most important aspect of this position is supporting the department Supervisor to ensure team productively executes fulfillment functions for order processing, including picking and packing product, along with manifesting and staging finished shipments per EVERSANA’s standard operating processes. The incumbent must be certified on all EVERSANA Mobile Powered Industrial Vehicles (forklift, cherry/order picker, dock stocker, electric pallet jack, Bendi forklift).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Facilitate a safe operational environment by strictly complying with all EVERSANA safety requirements, including completing pre- and post-lift truck checklists.
  • Adhere to all SOPs controlling the order fulfillment and material flow in specialized areas.
  • Participate in problem solving if errors or issues occur with operations processes.
  • Follow client-specific pack-out SOPs.
  • Perform end-of-shift inventory checks.
  • Notify supervisors or leads of obstacles to task completion.
  • Communicate via email with EVERSANA staff as needed.
  • Perform all tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development and modeling inclusive behaviors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Expectations of the Job
  • Adhere to manufacturing requirements including cGDP and cGMP.
  • Prioritize safety at all times.
  • Follow SOPs in temperature-controlled areas.
  • Meet shift requirements (minimum 40 hours/week).
Uniform Policy

Khaki-colored pants, close-toed shoes, and a business casual shirt. No leggings, yoga pants, or stretch pants. Sturdy, full-coverage shoes required. After 60 days, employees receive a uniform allotment.

Qualifications
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • 2+ years in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Basic math skills (reading, addition, subtraction).
  • Ability to follow instructions precisely.
  • Availability for 40+ hours/week, including overtime.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3+ years in similar environment with team lead experience.
  • Experience in refrigerated/low-temp environments.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical/medical warehouses.
  • Forklift operation certification or experience.
  • Problem-solving skills for warehouse issues.
  • Experience coaching and training staff.
  • Bilingual skills (English/Spanish) a plus.
Additional Information

Environmental demands include walking/standing 80% of the shift, lifting up to 50 lbs, and performing tasks in a busy environment. Accommodations available for disabilities.
