Job description

Job Duties
Performs various duties in a warehouse management system to receive and ship products and process customer returns. Responsible for routine and some non-routine warehouse tasks including receiving, shipping, and inventory management. Tasks are performed in a warehouse or production support environment. Ensures safe and legal handling of regulated materials for all inbound and outbound shipments, including proper separation, palletizing, loading, and storage. Identifies damages, reports shortages or quality deficiencies, and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Posts weights and shipping charges and prepares materials for final shipment. May manually lift heavy items or use assistance. Most tasks are well-defined and require judgment or interpretation. Other duties may be assigned, including lower-grade tasks, which should not exceed current job grade.

Minimum Education

High School Diploma/GED.

Minimum Experience

Clerical experience including typing and/or general office administration duties preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to lift 50 lbs. without assistance from ground to chest level and maneuver packages of any weight above 50 lbs. using appropriate equipment or assistance. Able to walk, stand, bend, and squat during work hours. Capable of maneuvering packages above shoulder level, in enclosed spaces, and stacking packages overhead if required. Able to work in all weather conditions. Able to climb stairs and ladders if necessary. Successfully complete all required training. Effective communication in noisy environments is essential.

Job Conditions

Non-safety sensitive position. Proficiency in English, both verbal and written, required. Must maintain alertness and work safely. Extensive standing and walking required.

Various shifts available, including: Mon - Fri (12:00 - 20:30), Mon - Fri (10:30 - 19:00), Mon - Fri (14:00 - 22:30), Mon - Fri (16:00 - 00:30), Mon - Fri (08:00 - 16:30), Sun - Thurs, Sun (04:00 - 08:00), Mon - Thurs (10:30 - 19:00), Mon - Fri (07:30 - 16:00).
