Job Description

The Position: Located at our Memphis distribution center, our team plays a vital role in delivering life-saving products to healthcare facilities. We operate 24/5 to meet patient needs.

The main focus is supporting the supervisor to ensure efficient order fulfillment, including picking, packing, and staging shipments according to EVERSANA standards. Certification on EVERSANA Mobile Powered Industrial Vehicles (forklifts, cherry pickers, etc.) is required.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

1. Ensure safety by complying with EVERSANA safety protocols and completing equipment checklists.
2. Follow SOPs for order fulfillment and material flow.
3. Participate in problem-solving for operational issues.
4. Adhere to client-specific SOPs.
5. Perform inventory checks and report obstacles.
6. Communicate effectively via email with staff.
7. Complete tasks assigned by supervisors or managers.
8. Demonstrate commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
9. Perform other duties as assigned.

Uniform Policy

Khaki pants, closed-toe shoes, and business casual shirts are required. Post-probation, employees receive a uniform allowance.

Qualifications

Minimum

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years in a distribution warehouse
• Strong communication and math skills
• Ability to follow instructions and work required hours

Preferred

• 3+ years in distribution with supervisory experience
• Experience in pharmaceutical warehouses
• Forklift certification or experience
• Bilingual skills a plus

Work Environment
