Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an advanced warehouse operator to perform distribution center material handling duties supporting inbound, outbound and returns processes. You will use RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking systems while maintaining inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, and safety standards.

The role emphasizes moving merchandise, loading/unloading, and ensuring proper storage with adherence to O’Reilly safety regulations. Training colleagues may be part of the responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including lifting, moving, and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, store returns, warranty merchandise, and vendor returns.
