Job summary

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping documentation with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, returns, and vendor returns according to policy.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking, and WMS as required.
• Store and retrieve merchandise from floor locations, shelves, and reserve storage areas.
• Load/unload trailers and ensure merchandise is secured from damage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and resolving discrepancies.
• Rebox, relabel, sort, and prepare merchandise for shipment or inventory placement.
