O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a distribution center associate to perform material handling duties across inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions workflows. You will use RF scanners, voice-picking, and WMS to move and organize inventory while maintaining accuracy and safety standards.

The role emphasizes efficient picking, packing, staging, and shipping, with attention to inventory integrity and adherence to O'Reilly policies.

Qualifications

• Must accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follow established safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Maintain a safe work environment and lift/move merchandise as required.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is desirable.
• Prior experience with automotive parts or related merchandise is a plus.
• Experience operating WMS, RF scanners, or voice-picking equipment.
• Able to work in productivity/quality driven settings.
• Proficiency in one or more additional languages.

Responsabilités

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately.
• Match item numbers, quantities, manifests, freight bills, and shipping docs with merchandise.
• Process inbound shipments, outbound orders, returns, acquisitions inventory, and vendor returns.
• Operate RF scanners, voice-picking systems, and WMS as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and report unsafe conditions to leadership.
