O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an advanced distribution center operator to support inbound, outbound, returns, acquisitions, and Ocomm/City Counter tasks. You will move merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy, productivity, and safety standards.

Responsibilities include RF/WMS operation, selecting and staging items, and ensuring compliance with O’Reilly policies. This role emphasizes training others when assigned and keeping the warehouse organized for peak volumes.

Qualificações

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Maintain safe work environment, including lifting and handling merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and processes.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction.
• Ability to support training and development of team members.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking, WMS, and other warehouse tech.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, and discrepancy resolution.
• Load and unload trailers, route trucks, and ensure merchandise is secured.
• Prepare merchandise for shipment or inventory placement as needed.
• Follow hazardous material handling and safety standards.
• Keep work areas organized and report unsafe conditions.
