Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an advanced warehouse operator to support inbound, outbound, returns, and acquisitions within the distribution center. You will process and move merchandise while maintaining inventory accuracy, productivity, quality, and safety standards.

Typical duties include receiving, unloading, packing, staging, and shipping, plus operating RF scanners and warehouse systems. Candidates should perform well under peak volumes and maintain organization and safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Adheres to established safety, quality, and operational procedures.
• Maintains a safe work environment and can lift/move merchandise.
• Willingness to learn warehouse systems, RF tech, and processes.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Match item numbers and shipping docs with physical merchandise.
• Process inbound/outbound shipments, returns, acquisitions, and vendor returns per policy.
• Operate RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking systems; use warehouse technology as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, and discrepancy resolution.
• Handle hazardous material procedures per safety standards and regulatory requirements.
