Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking an advanced distribution center operator to perform material handling across inbound, outbound, returns, acquisitions, and related warehouse tasks. You will use RF scanners, WMS, and voice-picking systems to ensure accurate inventory control and efficient movement of merchandise.

Qualifications

• Must accurately match numerical and alphabetical information.
• Follows established operational, safety, and quality procedures.
• Willing to learn warehouse systems, RF technology, and operational processes.
• Ability to work independently with limited direction.
• Ability to support training and development of team members when assigned.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, inspect, sort, stock, pick, pack, stage, and ship merchandise accurately and efficiently.
• Operate RF scanners, handheld devices, voice-picking systems, WMS, and other warehouse technology as required.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through scanning, labeling, auditing, staging, and discrepancy resolution.
• Process warranty merchandise, recalls, non-stock items, and vendor returns according to policy.
• Follow safety standards and environmental requirements; report unsafe conditions.
