Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Material Handler II (1st Shift) in Hodges, SC. The role runs 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with a pay rate of $20.00 per hour and eligibility for a variable incentive program.

You will safely operate forklifts, inspect equipment, move materials, verify delivery accuracy, and record inventory in the MRP system. A high school diploma or GED and at least 6 months of manufacturing and forklift experience are required; relocation within 50 miles is

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 6 months of industrial manufacturing experience.
• 6 months of experience operating a PIT (Powered Industrial Truck).
• Sponsorship and relocation restrictions apply.
• Residence within 50 miles of Hodges, SC is required.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate forklifts to move, stack, load, unload, and retrieve materials.
• Perform routine forklift inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Safely transport materials throughout the facility; verify delivery accuracy.
• Complete inventory transactions using the MRP system and perform cycle counts.
• Follow SOPs, safety policies, and WSRA requirements.
• Coordinate with team members to prioritize daily tasks.
• Dispose of scrap materials per procedures.
• Flex into other warehouse areas as needed.
