Job summary

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Kitter/Puller in Sumter, SC. The role runs Friday through Sunday, 5:00am–5:00pm, with a base hourly rate of $17.00 and eligibility for a variable incentive program.

Responsibilities include material handling, cycle counting, and shipping support to ensure on-time order fulfillment while upholding Eaton quality standards. Requirements include a HS diploma or GED, forklift/crane experience, and residence within 50 miles of Sumter, SC.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Forklift and/or crane operation experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the US.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Sumter, SC.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and cranes to transport and locate equipment and materials.
• Allocate materials, plan, schedule, verify, receive and ship to fulfill orders.
• Perform cycle counts, document and audit transactions to identify root causes.
• Package, label and prepare items for shipment or staging to minimize damage.
• Follow 5S and safety requirements; maintain clean and organized work area.
• Support assembly and fabrication needs for materials.
• Perform routine maintenance to ensure peak equipment performance.
