Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ESS division seeks a Material Handler on 1st shift at the Youngsville, NC site. The role supports manufacturing by planning, storing, and allocating materials to production lines. Strong focus on quality, material handling using RF units, and inventory control are essential.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Must be able to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Must reside within Youngsville, NC area; relocation not provided.

Responsibilities

Provide manufacturing support including planning, verifying, storing, organizing, and allocating materials.
Operate and read hand-held RF units to locate and move material.
Move material per production plan and requests.
Kit parts for production lines and maintain kit integrity.
Maintain inventory levels and perform cycle counts per system.
Load/unload trucks and inspect material for damage.
Report irregularities or equipment malfunctions.
Operate forklifts and conduct 5S+ housekeeping as needed.
