Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division seeks a Material Handler - Back Storeroom for its Sumter, SC facility. The role supports shipping, receiving, and material allocation in a fast-paced environment.

Hours: Mon-Fri, 5am–1:30pm; pay is $17.50/hour, with standard benefits and safety requirements. Duties include forklift/crane operation, cycle counting, and ensuring materials meet production needs while maintaining 5S standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must reside within 50 miles of Sumter, SC.
• Legal eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and cranes to transport and locate equipment and materials.
• Receive, document, store, stage and issue materials to satisfy production needs.
• Support assembly and fabrication requirements for materials as needed.
