Job summary

Wabtec is seeking a warehouse associate in Duncan to handle material distribution from the shipping department, maintain inventory, and prepare orders for shipment. The role includes standing, lifting, and operating a forklift with safety protocols in a manufacturing environment.

The position requires a High School diploma or GED, 1+ year warehouse experience, and 2+ years forklift experience preferred. Must be able to input data on a computer and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED.
• 1+ years in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• 2+ years of forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to operate a computer to read and input data.
• Must be able to work overtime.
• Ability to think critically and troubleshoot problems.
• Ability to Pick and Large Pack.

Responsibilities

• Handle and distribute materials from the shipping department, able to conduct inventory, shipments and supplies throughout the plant and warehouse.
• Pack wooden/overpack boxes and load customer orders onto trucks for shipment.
• Operate industrial lift truck equipment safely and proficiently.
