Job summary

Wabtec Corporation is seeking a Warehouse Associate for first shift to handle and distribute materials from the shipping department, conduct inventory, shipments and supplies throughout the plant and warehouse. The role includes packing wooden/overpack boxes and loading customer orders onto trucks, and operating a forklift safely with accurate data entry.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years in warehouse or distribution.
• 2+ years forklift experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull parts for production and stock parts in warehouse locations.
• Ship/receive outgoing and incoming materials.
• Pick and pack (medium and large pack) and load orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and inspect equipment.
• Follow safety requirements and quality forms.
• Read procedures in English and use forklift safely.
