G&W Electric in Bolingbrook, IL is seeking a Material Handler I to support production through unloading, storing, and moving materials, while ensuring accurate material handling and inventory processes.

The role requires a High School diploma or GED, 0–1 year manufacturing experience, ability to operate pallet jacks, read Bills of Material, and collaborate with team members in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 0–1 year experience in manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to safely use pallet jacks and other manual moving equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Basic to intermediate computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload, move and store materials, conduct bin maintenance as needed.
• Move materials between cells following routing and delivery tickets.
• Fill orders from storage and deliver to designated cells; operate hand truck.
• Release and maintain Kanban status and report late orders; perform inventory transactions.
