Job summary

Johnstone Supply, a leading HVACR distributor in North America, seeks a Material Handler I to support receiving, selecting, packing, and shipping of products. You will operate forklifts, RF scanners, and inventory systems to ensure accurate, timely order fulfillment while maintaining a safe work environment.

Responsibilities include verifying shipments, labeling, and assisting with cycle counts as needed. Prior experience with PPE and OSHA-like safety procedures is preferred; forklift

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED and 0–1 year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate power equipment (forklift, pallet jack, electric pallet jack) safely to locate and move products.
• Receive shipments and verify against packing lists.
• Fill and pack orders, ensuring accuracy and proper labeling.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the warehouse.
