Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a Material Handler I, Operations to manage the flow of donated goods in production and warehousing areas. You will operate handling equipment, ensure clean work areas, and provide friendly service to donors while following procedures.

The role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and teamwork within the outlet/recycling environment. You will be trained on equipment like balers and pallet jacks, with a schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Warehouse/material sorting or production experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 45 lbs unassisted; up to 75 lbs with dolly.

Responsibilities

• Move, sort, and store product using equipment.
• Keep work areas, donation bays, and warehouses organized and safe.
• Provide friendly donor service and respond to inquiries professionally.
• Crosstrain in other departments and back-up for other areas as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
