Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is seeking a Material Handler II in a warehouse environment. The role involves operating heavy equipment to move donated items, load and unload trucks, and maintain organized storage areas. Customer interactions may occur as needed.

Full-time position with shift hours and the possibility to train on additional equipment. A High School diploma or equivalent is preferred, along with prior warehousing or shipping/receiving experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous storage, moving or shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability as a Goodwill Outlet/Warehouse Associate or equivalent Goodwill Retail position/experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy equipment in warehouse to move, store and retrieve donated product.
• Ensure trucks/trailers are loaded, unloaded and staged.
• Maintain organized, stocked and clean warehouse and storage areas.
• Prepare items for shipment and track shipped/received goods.
• Provide safe working environment and assist production teams as needed.
• Cross-train in other departments and back-up as required.
