QXO is seeking a Yard Associate to support safe, efficient yard and warehouse operations. You will assist customers, handle materials, prepare orders, and maintain an organized work environment in an outdoor setting.

The role emphasizes dependable, safety-focused performance in a fast-paced environment with opportunities for training and teamwork across yard, warehouse, and delivery operations.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Experience in lumberyard or warehouse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull, stage, and prepare customer orders accurately.
• Receive, organize, and store materials.
• Assist with loading/unloading and deliveries.
• Operate forklifts and other equipment safely (training provided).
• Maintain clean and safe yard/work areas.
• Collaborate with yard, warehouse, drivers, and sales teams.
