Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division seeks a Material Handler - 1st Shift to support shipping and warehousing for the El Paso, TX team. The role focuses on assembly, order picking, and shipping with the goal of timely order fulfillment and strict quality adherence.

The job requires forklift operation, RF scanning, and familiarity with ERP systems. The position runs Monday through Thursday with a 5:00am–3:45pm schedule and is eligible for a variable incentive plan.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Eaton will not consider applicants for immigration sponsorship or support for CPT/OPT/STEM OPT etc.
• No relocation benefit; within 50 miles of El Paso, TX; military candidates exempt from area limitation.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit strong adherence to quality by seeking methods of improvement for all functions of the position.
• Ensure products and parts meet quality guidelines as they move through production; perform quality checks.
• Receive and process material kitting orders to execute production schedules.
• Complete inventory transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Comply with safety and industrial hygiene requirements and operate equipment safely.
