Eaton’s ES AMER PCS division in El Paso, TX is seeking a Weekend Material Handler I to support shipping and warehousing for the Switchboard Team, including assembly, order picking, and receiving. You will help ensure on-time delivery and uphold Eaton’s quality standards while handling materials safely.

This role requires a High School Diploma, forklift experience, and familiarity with RF scanners. It offers a weekend schedule (Fri–Sun), a shift from 6:00am to 6:45pm, and benefits such as health

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Willing to work on site in El Paso, TX and not eligible for immigration sponsorship.
• No relocation benefit is being offered; within 50 miles of El Paso, TX.
• Preferred: 2+ years warehouse experience; 2+ years forklift operation; 6+ months RF Scanner experience.

Responsibilities

• Exhibit a strong adherence to quality; seek improvements for all tasks.
• Receive and process material kitting orders to support production schedules.
• Complete inventory transactions and ensure accuracy.
• Follow safety and industrial hygiene requirements and operate equipment safely.
• Own 5S discipline for assigned warehouse area and prepare shipments for delivery.
• Operate forklifts, order pickers, and pallet handling equipment; support Lean initiatives.
