Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER HQ MFGSC division in Duncan, SC is hiring a Material Handler (Packer) for 1st shift. Core hours are 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Overtime may be required. The position pays $19.00 per hour.

The role involves packing orders from the distribution center, verifying styles and quantities, preparing shipping labels, and ensuring product safety during transit. Prior warehouse experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of warehouse/distribution experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Verify styles and quantities of materials picked; generate shipping labels.
• Visually inspect products; place in shipping carton with packing material.
• Pick products located in bin areas; use packing cart.
• Wrap orders for shipping and resolve discrepancies to ensure accuracy.
• Follow written and oral instructions; adhere to company policies and housekeeping.
• Maintain safety, report unsafe acts, and perform tasks as required.
• Use RF scanner and computer keyboard; lift up to 50 pounds.
• Stand, bend, reach, lift, push and pull as part of duties.
• Other duties as assigned.
