Job summary

Eaton Corporation’s ES AMER MFGSC division is seeking a Material Handler (Outbound) on 1st shift at the Dallas, TX facility. The role moves material throughout the distribution center to enable customer order processing, with a 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. core schedule and potential overtime.

Pay is $20.00 per hour, with benefits from day one and opportunities for development. A 90‑day introductory period applies for new hourly hires, followed by evaluation for continued employment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience with two or more of the following: Stand-Up Forklift, Reach Truck, Order Picker, and/or Cherry Picker.
• One year of experience in a warehouse/distribution center preferred.
• ERP experience (SAP) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move material throughout the distribution center via receiving, re-stock, picking, packing, and shipping to enable order processing.
• Unload and stage pallets; use packing slips to generate move tickets and verify counts.
• Verify styles and quantities; scan materials and ensure proper packing to prevent damage.
• Research discrepancies and resolve order issues; maintain safety and quality.
