Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year warehouse/industrial experience.
• Experience operating material handling equipment (forklifts/pallet jacks).
• Proficiency with handheld scanners and familiarity with WMS.
• Ability to work in a team with a positive attitude.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/sit/walk for extended periods; tolerate varying temperatures.
• Flexible to work multiple shifts and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

As a Material Handler, you will play a vital role in supporting day-to-day warehouse operations in a fast-paced environment. Your primary responsibilities will include ensuring the smooth movement of products, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and adhering to safety protocols. Key Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials efficiently within the warehouse or storage areas
• Perform essential warehouse tasks such as picking, packing, scanning, kitting, and inventory counting
• Operate handheld barcode scanners and work within a warehouse management system (WMS) to track inventory accuracy
• Follow the 7S program to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Adhere to safety guidelines to protect yourself and your teammates
• Assist with maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting team members as needed

Pay Details: $20.25 to $21.75 per hour
