Job summary

Vaspire Technologies Inc. seeks a senior Automation Engineer to own the full lifecycle of material flow systems in high-volume manufacturing.

You will design, deploy, and commission AGV/AMR/VRC and related conveyors, ensuring safe, scalable operations and optimal throughput. Responsibilities include system architecture, simulation-based validation (DES/FlexSim), cross-functional collaboration with Manufacturing, Operations, Controls, and Supply Chain, and leading end-to-end projects from concept

Qualifications

Extensive design and commissioning experience with AGV/AMR/VRC systems.
Experience leading end-to-end automation projects in high-volume environments.
Proficiency with AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and FlexSim or equivalent simulation tools.

Responsibilities

Own the full lifecycle of material flow and process equipment from concept to operations handover.
Design, develop, and deploy automated material flow systems (AGV, AMR, AGC, VRC, conveyors, robotic cells, lifts, ASRS).
Specify mechanical, electrical, and control system requirements ensuring safety and ergonomics.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Operations, Controls, Facilities, Process, and Industrial Engineering teams.
Lead end-to-end program management including vendor selection, RFQ, FAT/SAT, and milestones.
