Job summary

Emotiv Mobility is seeking a Material Flow Automation Engineer to lead design, standardization, and optimization of automated material handling across manufacturing and warehousing. You will use AMRs, AFTs, conveyors, and smart storage to transform material movement into data-driven systems and scalable operations.

The role requires hands-on problem solving in high-volume settings and collaboration with plant leadership to enable safe, efficient, and growth-ready material flow across MSS and VAA

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering/industrial field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years in manufacturing, warehousing, logistics, or automation.
• Experience designing, implementing, and optimizing material flow and automation systems.
• Hands-on experience with AMRs, AGVs, conveyors, and fleet-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop automation strategies for receiving, storage, sequencing, and line-side delivery.
• Analyze material flow, inventory movement, routes, and replenishment to improve safety and throughput.
• Design layouts, storage concepts, and end-to-end material flow for MSS and VAA operations.
• Define equipment and system acceptance criteria including payload, speed, and docking accuracy.
• Lead automation projects from concept through installation, commissioning, and ramp-up.
• Integrate material automation with WMS, ERP, MES/FMS, and production signals.
